LA ECONOMìA POLìTICA Y LOS MODELOS DE MINTZBERG

Los modelos de mintzberg plantean esquemas diferentes para representar las relaciones y función de una organización, la política se puede encerrar en una de estas, aunque se dice popularmente que la política es maquinal, esto quiere decir que adoptan la normalización de procesos de trabajo para así racionalizar todos los aspectos de la organización, pero en estos tiempos la concepción de la política en cuanto a la economía política está cada vez más cercana a la estructura política, en la cual solo se fija como objetivo medir la competitividad de los miembros representativos, esto quiere decir que el control y la coordinación es poco eficiente en este tipo de organización, al contrario de la estructura de burocracia maquinal, la organización política es poco eficiente, poco fiable e imprecisa. Ahora si estamos hablando de la política real que se maneja en el hemisferio suroccidente, es una combinación de hipocresía y de salvajismo profesional en la que solo sobreviven los "animales" más astutos. esto se expresa en juegos políticos y pueden llegar a ser tan fuertes que crean su propia configuración, un lenguaje solo para políticos, donde el conflicto es intenso y los intereses van y vienen así como lo hace el dinero, esto está claro en esa cultura corrupta que se refleja en cada país de Latinoamérica, en donde el dinero maneja el poder representativo, lo maneja a su antojo, ya no somos ciudadanos sino herramientas, sobre las cuales quien tenga la mayoría alcanzara un mayor nivel, somos un medio ahora, no un fin.

Lastimosamente no estoy especulando es que se ve a leguas la verdad de lo que digo, es esa ambición desmedida la que lleva a las personas humildes y necesitadas a convertirse en lobos o a ser devorados, una opción poco atractiva pero sobre la cual hay que decidir, esas decisiones hacen que seamos lo que somos, las decisiones de "los de arriba" nos hace como pueblo, pero que opción tenemos?... parece después de lo dicho que no hay ninguna opción para salirse de esta trampilla política de la organización del estado y de las relaciones económicas que entre estos se manejan, pero si hay algo que podemos hacer, eso es conocer, despertar, buscar la verdad, y abrirle el camino a otros a que descubran otras opciones, a que miren el mundo desde otra perspectiva, a que se unan a quienes no se les puede combatir, pero tratando siempre de entender la realidad, y de no olvidarse de ayudar a quienes ponen la esperanza en los gobernantes, en los políticos, es esos en los que ellos creen con todo su despedazado corazón de pobre.
